Repackage items as instructed and ship to the provided address.

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days (after inspection); allow 3–7 extra days for bank/card processing.

Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 3 business days (after approval).

If not shipped: Request cancellation via email (orders process quickly, often within hours).
