All items: Return/exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

 

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • With original tags/labels attached

  • Returned in original packaging

 

Note: Contact support first to get the correct return/exchange address.

Return & Exchange Steps
  1. Email CelavilifeService@outlook.com to request the return address.

  2. Repackage items as instructed and ship to the provided address.

  3. Finalize:

    • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days (after inspection); allow 3–7 extra days for bank/card processing.

    • Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 3 business days (after approval).

Order Cancellation
  • If not shipped: Request cancellation via email (orders process quickly, often within hours).

  • If shipped: Cannot cancel — wait for delivery, then request a return.
